Billy and his crew at shield auto glass are the only company in the area that I trust with any one of my vehicles! Very professional and clean while working. Always get the job done correctly. Not only did they provide exceptional service but they saved me 600.00. My car has adaptive cruise they assured me that it didn’t need to be recalibrated. They were correct. I highly recommend them.

OK Community, so I'm not one to leave reviews, so when I leave one, someone has gone and done me dirty 🤨 or WENT THE EXTRA MILE...😃 Therefore here's a well deserved shout, for the time they spent on making my life a little easier, and I couldn't be happier..... Billy & Diane and the other well knowledgeable Guys at Shield Auto Glass , are just the Ace's of the tri-state area. So I cracked my windshield, right. Now my life is in shambles, ok. Christmas just happened, I have all my other bills, the only good financially I had going at this point is I didn't have to save for a #&*% Valentines gift, singles the way people, so anyways the last thing I was in the mood for was to have to put any large sums of money and tons of effort into this mess, I created. Well that's exactly what I got. A HASSLE FREE APPOINTMENT the very next day😁 (not saying that will be a guarantee for all cases) but by grace for me, it was next day. They ordered my glass, the even offered if need be to call and work with my insurance if i was going to go that route, which i wasn't but to not have to even worry about that? Come on that's start to finish customer service at its finest. So I brought my car in ,I chose to wait in their lobby while it was serviced , they had fresh coffee, an FREE wifi and a TV, so i just zoned in on the afternoon news and before i knew it, i was on my way. Yall, I was all around IMPRESSED. I just moved back here after 17yrs In Missouri, and they dont hold this high standard of service. And its the Bible Belt! Listen, i speak the Gospel truth when i tell ----you unbeatable prices. -top notch knowledgeable fix -quality friendly service -smooth easy transaction All at one place? I'm.there.for.it 👏 I know this was long but like I said , when i leave em , I leave em...🤷🏻 So I just wanted to get the word out there , If you want a stress free start to finish pertaining to anything Glass for your car?? Well, I just got finger cramps telling where Yall can find it... Oh, and tell em Kurt sent ya.... But know this...😳 It WON'T mean squat diggity.😏 Thanks to the awesome team at Shield Auto Glass....🙏 Great first experience with yalls assistance an i can promise, with my luck, it won't be the last.🤙

These guys get it. Called before coming for a mobile service (on time), stopped installation to advise of rust and waited for me to inspect, saved money by reusing perfectly fine molding, and the work was done perfectly. I will not use another glass shop.

First time, maybe ever, I’ve had to replace my windshield and glad I chose Shield. Diana was very friendly in the office when I started my claim. And then Keith did a great job on the replacement. I hope I don’t need another replacement anytime soon lol but if I do, I’ll be calling them 👍

In today's world it is hard to just assume that a review is trustworthy of belief, so my criticisms of many things come to bear burdens when bad things happen and you don't get what you pay for; not only was my quote for a couple of cracks in the windshield that I thought may not be repairable excessively reasonable, the work was quick and to the point and most importantly done right! It is nice to know that a business like this still lives on. Billy does it good. Thank you for helping me restore my trust in honest business practices in the valley as a lifelong resident.

This place is awesome! Called yesterday late afternoon and they had me in early this morning with a very fair price on replacing the back glass on my gmc seirra! Honest! Fast and swept everything even inside the truck! Very very impressed and highly recommend them for any glass repairs!

I wanted to say thank you to shield auto!! I'm not the one to write reviews i read them.. But every review i read was positive so i will add to it. The hospitality and the way they are on top of things are spot on the prices by FAR beat any price you will find and the job will be done right this is the place to go!! Thank you!!!
