Sherman Oaks Collision Center just found a lifetime customer. What an amazing experience from day 1. Raffi the owner is truly wonderful. You can tell he’s not an owner that sits on the sidelines. He does everything to make sure the cars are in perfect condition and the customers are satisfied. I cannot express how happy I am after a semi truck sideswiped my car. Not only does the car look brand new and drive like new, the service throughout was well noticed. A big thank you to Gary, Maria, and Cynthia for the help in person and taking care of all the insurance and rental items. Easy 5 stars. Highly recommended not only for body work but mechanical work and car inspections as well.

The BEST body shop in the Sherman oaks area or i should say in the valley. I took my car in after someone backed into it. Raffi the boss is very helpful and easy to talk to. The front office staff Cynthia and Maria are very professional and pleasant to deal with. They answered all my questions and concerns. They also communicated with me throughout the process. I am very satisfied with work and the job was done in a timely manner. Thank You

Hands down the best auto body shop in the area , from there admin that answer any and all questions you may have to the staff that work on the vehicle . They are the prime example of a company that give you peace of mind . Would highly recommend them to anyone looking. To get any type of work done to there vehicle

Wish I could give them 10 stars. Sherman Oaks Collision is absolutely outstanding in all areas; customer service, repair, communication etc. It is rare to find family owned businesses like this anymore where their top priority is giving great service and such good prices. Raffi is AMAZING — he is so thorough and helpful. My car was hit and run and he and the team took excellent care of my vehicle with a quick turnaround, especially for the severe amount of damage it had. The receptionists are also really sweet and reassuring. Don’t consider going anywhere else, this is the place! Will be recommending to all of my friends and family in LA.
