We needed our car towed and called Shaw 24/7. They told us they would be there in 30 minutes. Over 2 1/2 hours later they finally showed up. We called them a number of times hoping for an update. We spoke to at least 4 people and no one seemed to have a clue what the issue was. In fact the last person we talked to told us not to cancel or we'll have to pay regardless. Our car insurance company was VERY gracious and picked up the tab for the tow. However, our agent added that usually tows the distance we had to tow (2 miles) would cost about $90 in Fresno.We paid $219. So if you want lousy service and want to pay premium price, by all means contact Shaw 24/7 towing.

Called for an estimate of tow and asked for too many unnecessary details but one they asked if my car was running they hired up the price for $200 flat rate!! No thank you!! I called another tow for $80!! Do not call!! You will have to repeat everything you say like 4 times before you get an estimate

I called shaw towing for a 5 mile tow. I think they are great. they gave me all the info over the phone of when the driver would be arriving and how much it will cost. the driver came in about 20 minutes, hooked my car up and towed me home. I gave hi a credit card and all was good. great guy
