Hello all, I am a repeat customer of Shark Chrome Shop and this order I bought the 18" American Eagle bumper. Geez, what can't I say about these guys! Don't let the low prices fool you because the quality is perfect! I called and received expert advice, and it was correct. I ordered the bumper and made the payment quick and easy! They sent me a tracking number along with pictures of the bumper wrapped and boxed for shipping and boom! Within a week, the bumper arrived, and it was a perfect fit with the look I wanted! sketchy. don't trust their online descriptions. products may not be the same as photo shows and that will be your fault. My husband learned the hard way.

My visit was little over a year ago although I just bought a shift boot cover their prices are fairly reasonable compared to other in the LA area. For example the shift boot cover here was about $15 dollars less and their other accessories are pretty good selection. Im writing a review year later because just yesterday I was in the area and immediately remembered shark chrome shop thank you for awesome price and good service

Call and ask about their hrs they say close a 5pm got there at 4:14 pm and they close also door and website say close a 5:30 pm waste of time

I'm giving Shark Chrome shop 5 star because there product quality is up to par I've bought a chrome grill and a chrome bumper from them and they've always explained to me the parts that come with your purchase and the labor worker that do the install ate very knowledgeable if you need anything for your rig come to this spot you'll leave happy.

Ordered some license plate frames thru these guys. Get a call a few days later claiming they only had one of the frames I ordered. Whatever send me a different color. We’ll get my package today and 20 bucks is due for postage as they paid for priority mail but shipped it in a priority mail express package which jumps the price up a lot. No a huge deal . Until I let them know and they make me feel as if it’s my fault the postage was due and that I should have sent it back and waited another 2 weeks for my items. Dude wasn’t willing to just make it right offer me something nothing. Just o we ship in that package all the time and never have an issue. Which I think they just packed it in the wrong envelope and now it’s my problem for paying the missing postage. It wa good until this and the way the dude offered to fix it definitely changed my opinion on the company
