Only car repair place I've ever been to where they were willing to DOWN sell me! Came in after being told by a chain place that I needed my tie rods and tire bolts replaced in order to be able to do an alignment. Was told that neither the tie rods nor the tire bolts needed replaced, and they offered to just do the alignment there instead. The price was also cheaper than the quote from the previous place. Not once did they try to upsell me on other repairs (and I know of a couple off the top of my head that would be an easy mark), nothing but honesty and good work. They will have my business again in the future, highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and the new owner is horrible. I’ve had an appointment for 3 weeks and I dropped my car off and went back to get it at the end of the day and it was not even done. The manager said oh well you can come back Monday. I said I’ve had an appointment for 3 weeks and you will never have my business again. Come to find out they take walk ins and ignore their dedicated customers. Jeff the previous owner was fantastic and honest. I would never bring any cars there now.

I used to live in the area and don't know why I never left a review. I went to Sextons for almost 8 years, even after moving out of Fairborn to a neighboring city. They worked on multiple vehicles and were fair, honest, and kind. Even when I asked stupid questions, they explained everything for me. They didn't run into anything they couldn't fix. And they would tell you when the repair was worth more than the car. Though I've moved out of state I still recommend them to anyone living there.

I never had issues with Sextons Automotive but recently I got my two front brake lines replaced and they didn't bleed my brakes completely. I was literally flooring my brakes after this repair (SUPER DANGEROUS) then had the b*lls to tell me it was normal. I also was able to notice that my brake lines was put on incorrectly. I just want to warn people to be careful because whoever was working on my car DID ME BAD!
