So I waited nearly two months to add this giving them the benefit of time to make it right. I had work done to my car which was hit in a parking lot. The work itself was 5 stars. The fix, paint and blend are fantastic. The staff was great and easy to work with. The problem arises after getting the car while driving I noticed (felt really) 2 scratches on the back side of my leather steering wheel. Sent them pictures, talked to a nice lady who said they would make it right and would talk to their leather person. NEVER HEARD BACK. All follow up emails and attempts have been similarly ignored. So now every time I drive and feel the the scratches it just ticks me off more. Go somewhere else if that's how they treat people.

Very competent & knowledgeable service providers. I have great confidence about their work. A bit of confusion over the services I desired. Ended up using a good part of my day waiting for my car to be finished. Despite this I would return in the future.

This is my second time using Serra Superior Collision. Neither accident was my fault thankfully. All the staff are amazing. They are efficient, timely, and super courteous. Service like this is rarely offered at any business. I'm thankful to have found them.

I brought my new car in for a routine oil change and replacement of the protective film under my door handles that had lifted at the corners. I was there for over 3 hours and they were not that busy. They had to replace one area twice, but made it right. All of the staff were very pleasant to deal with !

We had a 2010 Ford Edge with front end damage that needed hood/bumper/headlight/grille/fender replaced and painted. Staff was friendly, fast to respond, and got the car looking like new within two weeks. Paint work was good (silver metallic) and the finish work was great. They were even able to get OEM new parts at recycled prices, keeping the insurance folks happy! I will be happy to use them in the future.
