Brought my C8 in due to a misfire on cylinder#1 on Saturday the 8th. No correspondence until I went into the service department personally on the following Thursday to find out what was going on with car and an ETA on finishing work. After finally finding it on the computer, I was told parts were ordered and it would be next week. Finally got a call on the 18th saying the car was ready for pickup ( this was the only time they called me about anything). Went to get the car prior to the weather coming in and the car was absolutely filthy. Couldn’t wash until the weather cleared but washed it this last wknd and the hood and top are severely faded and spotted. Called and asked for the service manager to call me ( just gave a name and #) and as of this review (Tuesday pm on the 25th) no response. I did go to the car PDF recording to see what had maybe happened and everything was erased from the 8th till the 18th.

Now that I am driving a GMC, I have to say my service has been excellent. Love the waiting room atmosphere and the customer service has been top tier. I cannot remember the name of the man that scheduled my appt but he was amazing. Definitely going back.

Serra of Jackson service was fantastic during our first service. Spoke to a service advisor pretty quickly and our car was serviced and given back to us within the promised time. What else can you ask for. So far sales and service have been fantastic. Keep up the good work.

My experience was great just as usual. I had an appointment, therefore, the service went right on time. I was detailed about the services I received and I am very much pleased. There is no other place that I would even consider taking my 2015 kia optima for service. Staff is always nice & friendly. I will schedule an appointment for my second vehicle shortly. Also, the fresh popcorn & coffee were great while I waited for a short time.
