Sector 111

I have been purchasing parts from Sector 111 since 2008. (I have a 2005 Lotus Elise) All of their parts are engineered to look and fit beautifully. They perform their function with grace. Shinoo Mapleton stands behind his company’s products whenever there are questions. Shipping is always quick with tracking and the parts are well packed and have detailed install instructions. Customer support is always just a quick phone call away. I would highly recommend sector111 for all of your lotus needs. I purchased a katana supercharger kit from them and I was able to follow the instructions to install it myself. When I went to start the car I was very upset to find a check engine light. I called sector 111 and the technician on the phone walked me through the install for over an hour to find I forgot to plug in a plug that I disrupted during the install. 35,000 miles later, the car is still running perfect!!! Thank you guys! You have a customer for life!

Reliable and trustworthy. Built a relationship with Sector 111 over the last 10 years for everything from aftermarket parts to track set up and maintenance on my 2005 Lotus Elise. They are extremely knowledgeable about the cars they service and everything they provide is track tested. Because of them, my car not only handles and drives better than from the factory, but it runs like clockwork too. Don't hesitate to take your Lotus / Alfa / etc. here for anything you may need.

I'm very impressed with the customer service I recieved from Sector 111! I've purchased heaps of aftermarket parts over the years and these guys blew me away. Both times I called to inquire I was able to speak with numerous guys in order to get me the best possible answer, even spoke with Shinoo the owner! Everyone is very friendly. Upon purchasing I received a call from them notifying me the day it was shipped with tracking number etc. The cherry on top was the thank you card in the package. Great job guys! You own my business.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!!! Excellent Customer Service for my 2006 Ariel Atom! I have owned my Atom for just over 18 months. I had an issue with the ECU. (The car was purchased used from a private owner) Shinoo Mapleton and the staff at Sector 111 were extremely helpful in helping me diagnose the problem and order the proper repair parts for the vehicle even though I bought the car from a private owner. (ebay sale) These cars are generally reliable but it is great to have support from the experts when you do have problems! Highly recommend Sector 111 for service, parts and support!

I got to know Shinoo when the Elise came to the US in 2004. I have been to the track with him and installed 2 exhaust systems with him(Elise and Evora) and it has all been very positive. He has done what he said he would do and I have been pleased with the results. Shinoo is passionate about light weight cars and is constantly looking for ways to make them better. The harsh comments from Zack B. don't reflect my experience. I think we all appreciate that every now and then a customers expectations don't fit reality. I have no specific knowledge of the circumstance. All I know is that I have been pleased with all of my experiences with Shinoo and am grateful as a buyer of Lotus and Alfa that someone is investing their time and money to help us make the cars better.
