I called to schedule a door replacement on a Tuesday. I dropped off the truck on Sunday and picked it up on Friday. Amazing kind staff (Kellie and Bob), such quality service, and great detailing work! I’m so grateful!

I went to Schroeder's to deliver items from MY employer. The experience was a positive one. One of the Customer Service Representatives assisted ME with opening the door while I was carrying a box in. Another person helped ME with the important documents, & I was able to be on my way!

Would not recommend. We have been customers for over 10 years. But since they have moved the quality of service has dropped dramatically. Customer service is poor. Front desk staff is unknowable. Owner is rude and we were told, by him personally, and I quote… “You need me, I dont need you”. What kind of buisness owner says that? One that you don’t want to work with thats for sure. After many years of supporting this buisness I would now strongly recommend looking elsewhere. UPDATE: I never once said anything about the windshields.I understand there were some problems that were out of your controll. I simply stated that the quality of service has declined as has the customer service. There was never “threats of lawsuits ”. That is simply a false statement. Payment options are noted on the bill as cash/credit/check. But you changed the rules AFTER the repair was done to cash or cashiers check indicating that we were dishonest. We have always paid for our repairs in cash. Therefore, I stand by my decision to suggest to others to look elsewhere.

Great place. Took care of my RAM quickly and matched my midnight black with flake. It was a tough job but they accomplished it with excellence! They even did an oil change for me at a great price as well and cleaned the interior! That’s wasn’t expected. Definitely above and beyond! The service that we used to get and rarely see now a days. Thanks guys! I will be recommending you to every I know that needs collision repair and service. Great job!

We have owned our Coachman Freelander for almost a year and have been to Schroeder for propane fills and some mechanical work. They are amazing! They are very honest, fair, friendly, quick, explain everything and will Even give you a heads up on things to watch out for or keep an eye on rather than charging you for something that doesn’t necessarily need a repair quite yet. We had a toilet emergency today and they got us in and fixed up in less than 2 hours!! They’ll inspect your rig and keep you and your family safe. We have truly appreciated not just their incredible service and work, but love how they treat you just like your family! You’re the best Chad, and we so appreciate all of you there at Schroeders. Your gals in the office too are absolutely wonderful and super helpful! how lucky are we that you are just 3 miles from us!! Again, Thank you! We so appreciate you!
