Charged for work not done. I provided the parts for the ball joints to be replaced. Charged for the work and it was not done. Following year failed inspection and mechanic verified they were from factory and never replaced. Not to mention he kept the parts I provided. There’s a reason someone drives around with a sign on their truck warning people about this place. Never heard 1 person say anything good about this place.

Do not bring your car here took my fiancee's here for an alignment took forever told us that both tie rods were bad but appears they only replaced 1 they also broke a plug off the rack and pinion so now I get to fix all these new problems that they caused while doing and alignment

Mike has had my car since April to only call me 3 months into June to pick up my car Charged me over $2k to go over the whole car and repair little things. When he was telling and showing me all the things he did the door wouldn’t close right without slamming it. It wasn’t like that when brought in. Granted it’s a small convertible he says the arm on the door was hyper extended and this is the cause but his guys had to of done that. He said he would fix it and make it right. I gave grace. Then he tells me he took apart the door for the window 7 times and still not operating correctly with possible leaks cause now the widow doesn’t go up probably. He says it’s touchy. I keep calling to see where we are on the repairs that I already paid for. His excuse is he needs to hire more help. He still is operating business as usual. Heading into August I call last week he was on vacation. Call today still on vacation. The receptionist said he has been on a 3 week vacation already and won’t return till next week. I believe he wants me to take the car somewhere else and I refuse. I already paid you to do the work!!! Summer is almost over. Does anyone have any recommendations?

My girlfriend went there to get her tire fixed due to a flat. She went to pick it up after work. The tire was fixed, but they lost her key fob and keys. House key, safe key, all the keys. The entire key ring gone. “Checked the cameras” and said they couldn’t tell if and when they went missing. They informed her about ordering another fob and they would pay for it. That’s why they get one star. Oh, and they offered her a free oil change to make up for their MISTAKE. But she ended up paying $30 for a free oil change. Please spend your money somewhere else.
