San Jose Jet Black Tint & Glass

Walked in earlier today to get some tints installed paid $207 for the 3 windows as well as removal of my previous tints. Service took a little over 2 hours. Super, happy with the results.Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the bay area.

This establishment is highly recommended, very good service, very good attention and excellent work, primo Alan treated me excellently. I had a bad experience at the Gillroy establishment, but in this establishment in San Jose, quite the opposite. I recommend that you go to this establishment. Jacob was very knowledgeable and informative, which I appreciate because I’m not. The tints were installed in a timely manner (~1.5 hrs for 7 windows) and they came out so good! Definitely recommend coming here

Mardan was very helpful through the process of tinting the windows on my Tesla Model X. This is one of the few places I have found that has been able to accomplish the windshield tint in a single piece so I was very pleased to have my service done here. The only problem I encountered was an incorrect quote from the call center when I called to schedule my visit (the correct amount was double).

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:45 AM, and I was told the service would take between 2 to 3 hours. After 3 hours passed, I was informed on arrival they needed an additional 2 hours. I understood and gave them grace, thinking it would be resolved soon. However, when I returned 5 hours after my scheduled appointment, the tint still hadn’t been applied to my car. Not only was the work not done, but the communication throughout the day was extremely poor. Had I been informed that I needed to return at a later time, I would have been happy to do so. Instead, I was left without a car for most of the day, going back and forth with no clear updates. At that point, I simply asked for a refund so I could take my business elsewhere, but my request was refused. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience, and I cannot recommend this company based on how everything was handled.

Maamoon did a greater job showing me around and clearly explain the process. Overall I am happy with the work. Highly recommended if you want to get you car tinted with a reasonable budget.

Maamoon was extremely kind and welcome when I came in with two cars that were getting tinted. They did such an amazing job with discussing the prices and the tints were fantastic. Love them so much. Should definitely check these guys out.
