Just had my windshield replaced and the experience was professional and stress free. My installation performed by Ray who arrived within the time frame, was respectful of the property, provided an accurate estimate of how long the job would take to complete. Definitely satisfied!

Safelite was incredibly easy to use, the installer was very professional, efficient and quick! I would recommend Safelite to anyone, especially if they wanted the installer to come to their house for no additional charge. It was so easy!

a 2-3 hr windshield service turned into a 6 month long nightmare resulting in me still not being able to safely drive my 2024 car. This company is a joke. Tom is an incompetent liar and Josie comes in to try to clean up his mess and makes it worse with her terrible attitude. The technicians are careless and irresponsible. Nobody could ever be bothered to look for a solution, or fix their mistake correctly- all just look to place blame. I would not send my worse enemy to this shop. My car required repair in the shop, since my initial appointment my car has gone back into the shop now 4 times since august and has consistently came out in worse condition than I dropped it off in. These people are supposed to fix solely glass and are not even capable of that. They brake other components of vehicle during repair and hope that the customer either doesn’t notice or notifies them prior to corporate so it can be swept under the rug. Terrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would.

Had a first morning appt for a 4-5hr windshield replacement with eye sight crash detection and lane departure detection. My job was done in 1.5hrs!!! So of course i assumed something was done incorrectly and tried to find problems due to poor customer experience in the past with other businesses. I couldn’t be more wrong! Everyone was professional talked me thru my own technical difficulties and my windshield was perfect!!! They even were able to save all my stickers on my car! I couldn’t be more satisfied!! Highly recommend!!

Very easy to schedule mobile service for windshield replacement. Upfront pricing and great communication throughout - including calls the day before the appointment as well as the morning of the appointment. Ramon arrived at designated time and did a fantastic job in under an hour. He was also able to transfer all stickers (registration, inspection, parking) as well as the telematics beacon to the new windshield. Very happy with the overall experience with Safelite.

My experience was so simple…I called my insurance company about a crack on my driver’s side window and they scheduled me an appointment for the next day. It was quick and easy…they took maybe an hour and a half. They called me when my service was complete. They did a great job. Window is good as new!!

Great customer service and friendly staff- managers, front desk and technician. They installed 2 glass- my drivers side and the back glass in about 3 hours. They did an excellent job. Waiting area is spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

They replaced the windshield on my wife’s car and did an excellent! Super quick turn around of less than 2 hours including calibrating the front safety sensors. Highly recommend!

Good installation and everything looks great. The biggest problem I have is, I replaced the Windshield on 12/26/23 and it cost $689.73. I just replaced again on 04/04/25 it cost $1,623.53, that's $953.80 increase, If that isn't price gouging ! I asked why and all they could say is the glass cost more now? Who else can you complain too.
