This company’s practices are similar to ambulance chasers where they wait at the scene of the accident to try to get people to come to their body shop. Yesterday, a man named “Jose” was waiting at my car which had been collateral damage in an accident. At first, I thought he was nice for telling me what had happened, since I didn’t witness the accident myself. However, it soon turned into him continually pressuring me to let him tow my car to the body shop that he worked at. I kept refusing, telling him I wanted to speak to my insurance first. After speaking to my insurance and being genuinely thankful that he was there to let me know what had happened, I agreed to pay him for towing my car to the garage where my insurance was waiting. “Jose” wouldn’t stop telling me that his body shop wasn’t a scam and that I should instead take my car there. He even kept mentioning there would be no deductibles, even though my insurance clearly told me my deductible amount. I firmly told him that I just wanted to take it to where my insurance adjuster was and asked if he was willing to tow it there. He agreed and instead got into his car and left, after I had wasted time cancelling another tow company. Everything this company did was shady. I hope no one falls for this company and stays far away.

I just had my car towed by this company and it was great! The situation of having to be towed was not pleasant, but these guys professionalism, positive attitude and attention to the customer and customer service, helped relieve my anxiety in an extremely anxious situation. I highly recommend them! If I ever have to be towed again, Lord, let it be them!!!

I was shocked to see the reviews of this corp. I received nothing but helpfulness from every staff I interacted with while my car was in their care. They towed me to their shop after a traumatic accident and went above and beyond including carrying all my luggage into (and out of) their office, giving me a charger when they saw my battery percentage, and offering to get me food/drink after my accident. Every person I spoke with is down to earth and as a young female I always expect to get ripped off but I actually only experienced honesty and kindness!! they even helped me talk on the phone to my insurance. We wanted to tip the staff helping us, and he was so hesitant to accept. I read so many reviews saying they are scammers but I did NOT get that vibe at all. highly recommend giving this car shop a chance.

If I could give 0 stars i would. This place have a bunch of vultures working there. I had them tow me from my accident to there shop. Literally I kid you not its about a 5 minute ride. Not even a quarter mile. After they had my car they tried to charge me almost $400 for my car back cause i decided not to do my repairs with them. I was willing to pay the tow but most know its not $400 to drop a car from a tow. The owner is a disrespectful jerk with a receptionist that has an attitude like she's the one paying your tow bill. Save yourself the headache and go thru your insurance if not AVOID S & S collisions at all cost. They seem like nice guys until they have your car. I mean it they will tell you exactly what you wanba hear especially females. Even the LOT didnt look trustworthy enough to hold the oldest car. They try to use intimidation and they hike up the price for you to get ur car back so you feel like its impossible and like you are forced to leave it there but little did they know i was willing to pay what I had to so my car did NOT stay with them. Horrible company to deal with after a tramatic experience like a car accident whether big or small. If you LOVE your car the way I LOVE my car then you will NOT approve. I put my life on it. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎If you do take them, you will see when you get to there LOT that its a junk yard with a auto parts place across the street ready to charge them almost nothing for cheap parts to put in YOUR car while they rape ur insurance. Sebastian is a stand up owner and a professional. He work with me, when my insurance was only liability. He was patient with my car being storage in his lot and walk me through the process of dealing with the insurance company. My experience has been great with S&S. Reliable, patience and understanding.
