S&S Coach Division

S&S was at the FROG (Forest River Owners Group) Rally in August of 2024. I had some damage to the rear of my 2024 FR3. I spoke to the ladies at the booth, gave them my space number, made an appointment for the next day. Alan came the next day. He wrote me an estimate, i agreed and we set a date for me to take the coach to S&S in three weeks. Cassy at S&S verified that they had received the ordered parts prior to me starting my trip to Indiana. I live in Colorado. So it was imperative for the timing to be perfect. I arrived the night before my scheduled date. S&S provides electric hookups for their customers. I spent the night. The next morning they started on my coach and finished before 1 pm. They also replaced a defective refrigerator door under warranty. My wife and I were very impressed. It was well worth the 1150 mile drive to deal with a repair shop who did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and make sure I was completely satisfied. I can’t praise them enough. Thanks to Alan, Cassy, the tech’s who worked on my coach, and the others in the office who worked with me. Thank you S&S for everything. You are a real “class act”. From Mark the owner to Cassandra behind the scenes to the most incredible, knowledgeable, patient and kind Service Advisor/Manager Allen Burgess along with multiple highly skilled Technicians who are qualified to service all of the many needs of those of us who own and operate luxury motor coaches especially Entrega Coaches. I consider myself to be extremely fortunate to have these fine folks as my primary care providers for my beloved Entegra Anthem.

We are now CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE! I had heard how great they are from several People in my Entegra owners group. Then I had a need to call them. We had a slide issue just 3 weeks before a trip we had planned , and the coach was virtually unusable. I called Allen at S&S. He asked when our trip was and worked us in 1 week later. He even ordered the part we knew we needed and went so far as to have the manufacturer of the slide out mechanism arrive at 7:00 AM to check the other parts. We were done by noon and on our way thanks to Allen and his team of fantastic technicians who all work together to make sure things are done completely and correctly. We couldn’t be happier!!! They even had 50 amp plug in for me to use the night before my appointment so I saved on hotel rxpenses. Give them a call with almost any coach issue ( not chassis) and chances are they can take care of you. They also have one of the best paint and body shops in the country!( I hope I don’t ever need to use that department) I give them my absolute highest recommendation!!! We met Mark, Allen, Jeff and Casandra in conjunction with this year’s Entegra homecoming event. While at the homecoming event, we discovered a couple of leaks in the roof of our motorhome. Mark and Allen provided a rapid assessment and moved their schedules around to accomplish the roof repairs at the S&S service center on the last day of the homecoming event. Jeff performed the work and had us back on the road that same day. Highly recommend S&S Automotive for expert motorhome body work at a very reasonable cost. Schedule with Cassandra!

Allen and his crew did a great job taking care of most of the warranty issues on our coach. The only problems remaining will have to be taken care of by the manufacturer.
