Person who answer the phone was very rude and crude initialy, We were told that they could indeed fix our issue and that they would do all the paper work to submit to insurance company for the claim for parts and labor. Then finaly made arrangements to send a tech to our site, Tech arrived and never once looked at the issues or opened RV to view or take pictures of issue for insurrance claim. he left and did not leave us any information, receipt or copy of service call. Then person doing the estimate at S&S submitted a claim for insurance company and made up story on the claime that the issue was caused by wear even though that is not possible because the tech never looked at the issue, he just wrote on paper what I told him the issue was and charge 180.00 for a service call. after multiple calls to find out status of our claim, woman at S&S tells us the claim was denied. We had to contact the insurance company directly ourselfs, only to find out that the claim submitted by S&S had not provided the pictures that we included originally and were sent to S&S via email to be included with the claim; we instead provided pictures of the issue ourselfs directly to the Insurance company. The Insurance company agreed that the issue was indeed a manufacture defect and they approved the complete repair, parts and labor. Then contact S&S and showed that issue was approved and complelty covered by insurance company ad well as that the parts would be shipped and labor approved as well. we were then told by S&S that their tech had quit and they had no one to complete the repair. instead, gave us other techincian numbers for us to call to find someone to do the repair. Avoid this place and find a real reputable and professional RV repair service and call someone else instead to repair your rv. Dont waste your time with S&S. They over charge us for 180.00 for a service call that they did absolutely nothing to repair the issue. No wonder the tech quit to open his own RV repair business.
