The Best and Easiest Roof coating on the market, simple prep and application was a breeze. Now my Roof is like new and looks great, I highly recommend it if you need or are thinking of coating your rv roof. Out performs all the others, hand s down.

Prep is the key to a good job, so I spent three days removing three solar panels, old caulking, washing and masking all around our 28ft 5th wheel. I cut in all the edges and openings before applying the thin "flash" coat to bond with our exsiting EPDM roof. I then repeated the proceudre two more times, cutting in the edges and applying a thicker coating each time. I used approximately 3 gallons of RV Roof Magic to get a coverage rate of 1 gallon per 62 sq. ft. to cover 186 sq.ft., after subtracting for the all the vents, AC, skylight and satellite dish. I used the Repair Kit Liquid Rubber to seal around the entire perimeter of the roof and around all of the vents, skylight and fasteners. I used about 1 gallon of the liquid rubber, the kit contains 2 gallons. The entire job took about two weeks, allowing time for prep, drying time between coats, sealing all the edges and reinstalling threee solar panels.

Selected product based on other user reviews and longevity claims. Just applied a month ago so cannot attest to how well it will hold up or how long it will last at this point. Have an EDPM roof so it was a two coat process, not one. But, since most other products require more than one coat was not an issue for me. Customer response to questions and request for information was good and timely. Had a specific time window to apply based on schedule and weather forecast. Ordered on-line and paid the premium for the next day pull and ship in order to meet my schedule. No update on order status the next day so contacted customer support. Was advised there was an issue with their system and order would be pulled the next day. After no update contacted them again, was advised the issue was no roof cleaner in stock. Order finally did process a few days later and notification received that the order was pulled and would ship. There was no way to find order status on-line, had to call the company. Product finally arrived on the day I planned to start so just made my schedule window, was fortunate the warehouse was not too far from my location. There was no notification of out of stock when ordering the product on-line. Cans and handles did arrive banged up, packaging was not re-enforced. Could not use handles they would fall off. Luckily none of the can contents was compromised. I did order one more can than needed just in case one arrived damaged since would take too long to get a replacement can for my schedule. Did not return the extra can, there is a restocking fee and with shipping costs was not worth returning it. Will keep for possible repairs since was told product has a 3 year shelf life. I cleaned the first day, applied the flash coat the second day and the final coat the third day so it does take some time and effort to make sure it is done correctly. Cleaning went fine using their cleaning product. Used a soft bristle brush and pressure washer. Did two cleanings just to be sure the roof was cleaned well. First cleaning removed a lot of dirt and grime, very little on the second cleaning so the roof should have had a good cleaning. Just be cautious, to me the cleaning solution was a bit slippery on the roof if stepped on. Application went fine. Used a 3/8" smooth surface roller for the initial flash coat and a 3/8" semi-smooth roller for the second coat. Used a paint brush for edges and around vents. I Used a good quality brush and rollers to minimize brush and roller material from coming loose and sticking to the roof. The product is thicker than paint but I did not have any issues applying it. Did notice some bubbling with both coats, but, most eventually disappeared. What bubbling is left may be due to the pre-existing roof looseness. Time will tell if I have any adhesion or longevity issues, too early to make any judgements at this time. The roof does look much better than before and filled in the worn spots. First time I have re-surfaced a roof and was a little apprehensive about the process. It was not as hard as I thought it would be, just needed to be patient and follow the steps and drying guidelines.

My 2001 park model was overdue for a new roof coating. My RV mechanic highly recommended RV Roof Magic. Did my research and compared RV Roof Magic to other roof coating products. Hands down, the best choice seemed to be RV Roof Magic, so I ordered it. The order was promptly delivered. I power washed the roof thoroughly and let it dry for a day and a half. Applying RV Roof Magic could not have been easier. The material has now cured, and I am 100% confident that I made the right choice. I agree that there is not a better product out there, and will gladly recommend RV Roof Magic to anyone.
