I ordered a tow car shield on February 9th and at that time I told Mitch that I would be leaving the location I was at on April 10. He said no problem at all, that gives me 60 days so you will have your cover before you leave. I was immediately billed the entire amount then as well. On March 11th, I emailed Mitch for a progress update. He replied that is should be done in 2 weeks and in the mail. As with most companies, they have the "crutch" of COVID as an excuse and he stated he cant get seamstress workers, etc. On March 31st, I called and asked where my cover was as he told me it should have been shipped 2 weeks ago. Much to my shock, his reply was "not the first time I lied to my customers". Really, a business says this?? He then said it was on the "cutting table" and should be to me by April 8th. Call on April 7th twice and received no answer or voicemail redirection. Sent an email for an update on my cover. Received a call from him, and he told me he was mailing tomorrow, April 8th and I would have an email with a tracking number. On April 8th, I sure did get an email with a GENERATED tracking number, but product was not shipped. He created a label, BUT DID NOT SHIP the product as the UPS Tracking number showed "generated and delayed". Finally on April 11, the UPS tracking number shows "on the way". Arrived on April 14th, 65 days after ordering and 18 days after promised the first time. BE CAUTIOUS doing business with this guy. He lies and could really care less about you once he has your money! If he was honest, it would not have bothered me as much as his constant lies throughout this whole process. Product seems of good quality, but business practice is not great.

Worst product I've ever purchased for recreational purposes. Ordered a tow car shield, after a month I called to see where it was at. They lost my order (but had processed payment) Said they would get right on it. Called again two weeks later, still hadn't made it. Finally received the cover over 7 weeks after they took my money....... guess what? Poorly made and doesn't even fit the car properly. Contacted owner, he acknowledges he sent the wrong item. Refuses to issue refund for his mistake. I see his response below.... Totally false....He made a car cover for the wrong car, admitted it in an email. This error is his fault, not mine. I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.

Mitch did a great job getting my custom front cover for my Yiffin Allegro bus. I had some issues and he took care of them right away. He is a little rough but produces a great product.
