I am very impressed by their professionalism and their honesty. I went to American Tier Depot because I thought I needed an alignment, and then told me I was going to need struts, and new tires, and a bunch of other things that totaled up to $1500. I took It to Royal Automotive and we went for a test drive. The owner told me to change the two front tires to see if that was the problem, and what do you know? It was. Thanks to this place I saved over $1,200. I am so happy I found a shop that is honest and reliable 🤗🤗

BEWARE!! THIS GUY CHARGED MY 82 YEAR OLD MOM OVER 140.00 TO CHANGE 4 SPARK PLUGS MY MOM DIDNT KNOW ANY BETTER WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM HE SAID HE WENT BY "BOOK VALUE" I CALLED AROUND AND "BOOK VALUE" IS UNDER 30 MIM!! USUALLY CLOSER TO 10MIN TOPS CALLED SEVERAL OTHER MECHANICS IN THE AREA ALL UNDER 65.00 FOR SAME EXACT JOB AND PLUGS....BEWARE!!! --Responce to owner-- Sir you told her you ran a "diagnostic" initially and said only thing she needed was new battery and that the diagnostic was included with the original price...and then you called her 2 days later saying her spark plugs needed to be changed for 140.00 so are you saying you charged her for doing 2 diagnostics? When i spoke to you personally and asked what the 140.00 covered exactly you said " 4 spark plugs being replaced" nothing about a diagnostic and even said you came up with that amount by looking up amount of time in your book and that was it...so either you were lieing then or your lieing now. Because she was not told youd be running a second diagnostic which honestly should have been covered by the first diagnostic there should not have been a second diagnostic if it was done right the first time. --yes caps lock on means someone is very upset --its easy to say you havent had a complaint since 2012 when its all done in person -- so your saying if a customer has a complaint and want to warn others its a rant? Thats also not very professional.
