Rowland Street Garage

This was my first time using this repair shop. Exceptional service all around. I interacted with Larry on the phone, and he scheduled my alignment for a next day appointment. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke to Katrina upon arrival, and she was very kind and helpful. We had a friendly conversation as I did with Brian, Larry, and Jen while I was waiting for my vehicle. Brian gave me some information about my vehicle, and he was very forthcoming. Nobody tried or insisted I have more work or auto repairs done other than what I was there for. The entire atmosphere at Rowland Street garage was family oriented. The price was pretty close to everyone else's in the area. I trust Rowland Street with my vehicle. I am very glad I changed my mind on who I was making the repairs with. I very much recommend them for whatever repairs or auto services are available. Thank you Rowland Street garage!!

I took my van (Diesel engine) to these guys and Gary was awesome!! They found a leak in the exhaust flex pipe and the garage I brought it to a week prior never found this issue. You’re in good hands here! Reasonable pricing. Great service and I felt like they were very honest.

We had a wonderful experience. My boyfriend needed quite a bit of work done to his truck. We figured it would be days before we got it back. We dropped it off Sunday afternoon for his Monday appointment. We got a call about 3:30 Monday to pick it up. We were so happy!! He says it runs so nice and the breaks feel great. He's very happy with the outcome. Thank you to all the workers and owner of the garage. We will be repeat customers from now on.
