Highly recommend you come here if you need any service done on your vehicle! The work Brian does is excellent, and he has so much patience. The communication and customer service he provides is better than any other mechanic I’ve worked with. He makes it really easy to understand what’s wrong with your car, and explains the process he did to fix it. He’s very honest and upfront. If you read any of the other reviews you’ll see he’s overall just an amazing mechanic.

Where do I even begin.... if I could give Brian 10 Stars I would. From honesty and integrity to the kindness and providing the best experience possible Brian is without a doubt THE BEST!! Thinking I needed a simple tire balance before a long road trip to AZ Brian was the only person mechanic in Eagle River whom would even consider helping us out. His schedule was full but said if we could not find anyone to come back around closing time 5PM. We'll it was more than a balance issue the sidewall in oneof the rear tires was separating. Brian simply could have said sorry I am not going to be able to help you any further.....NO he searched for a replacement that was safe enough to get us home, he did not have one in his shop but called around and found one then had his wife pick it up and bring to his shop...mind you this was now 5:30ish Thurday night. He did not hesitate......he said he could not let us go on that compromised tire nor the spare.... You might think he charged an arm and leg to do that for us...well, he darn well could have but did not!!! He under charged in my honest opinion! We need more Brian's in this world!! We are VERY Grateful to have been referred to Brian and experience his honesty and integrity firsthand. We made it back to AZ safe and sound because of Brian! HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend!!

Great to have a mechanic you can trust. Dropped us off in town because we only have one car. Picked us up when done. Very fair prices. Highly recommend.

Great pricing, good and fast work. I brought my truck in for front end work and he also went through my engine and checked its codes and went through a couple things. He also noticed a transmission issue with my truck after it sat for two weeks. He found a way to fix it after my truck had left the shop and told me to come back so he could reprogram my transmission, which he did for free and it fixed my problems. Will not be taking my vehicles to any other shops.
