I dropped my truck off to get a few things done under the impression it would be done within a week. My appointment had been scheduled two weeks prior and it wasn’t a surprise i was coming. I called a few days later to check on the progress and was told it had already been painted and they were waiting for it to dry to do final touches. That day, a friend of mine went by and noticed my truck had not been touched. I called and asked why they lied about having it almost ready for pick up and was told they would “start on it today”. I immediately went to get my vehicle. I didn’t appreciate being lied to when trying to give them my business. Because of them i now have to wait again for someone else to fix it.

We used Roper’s to fix my bumper and side door damage because they have the best reviews we could find in Greensboro. The five stars are deserved and earned. Hutch worked with the insurance company to make sure my car came out looking new and not half the work my insurance wanted. Also it did take longer than originally estimated but thats because Hutch is a perfectionist and wanted the work done right the first time.
