My family and I moved to Nashville in 2003 and have been customers of Ron Halls ever since. I too am a small business owner and tend to use other businesses that share my same belief system of integrity, value and great customer service. And I must say that Ron Halls service center is the finest family run establishment I’ve been associated with in Nashville. Your first encounter at Ron Halls Service Center will be with Mrs. Hall. She runs that office with small town efficiency in a big city. She addresses every customer with a “Mr. or Ms” no matter their age or background. She’s very kind and always remembers to ask about my family. Especially my children whom she’s watch grow up and has always been genuinely interested in their lives. Often you’ll find many repeat customers who’ve stopped by just to enjoy some coffee and pleasant conversation. Next, you will be referred to Mr. Ron Hall. He’s a super knowledgeable automotive expert with well over 50 years experience. Yet he’s as mild and approachable as anyone I’ve met. He is always ready to listen with a kind and sincere interest in what’s for most of us a frustrating crisis. He takes the time to really investigate what’s going on with your vehicle. Several times we’ve driven for miles trying to get my vehicle to duplicate a knock or ping because he genuinely want to provide an accurate diagnosis. Mr. Hall communicates the complexities of modern automotive issues with a patient and understanding demeanor that helps his customers feel confident they’ve come to the right place. The Hall’s have two sons that work in the shop, Norris and Ronnie. They’ve spent their life training and working under their father. Both men are in their 50’s and are magnificent mechanics with many years experience themselves. But something I appreciate about these men is how they speak to their father with honor and respect. They also treat their mother with the dignity and respect she deserves. When the time comes that Mr. And Mrs. Hall finally retire, there’s no doubt they will carry on the family tradition of superb mechanical expertise and customer care. At Ron Halls they understand what customer trust means. Most of us don’t have a clue about the vehicle we rely so much on to make our world turn. But we all certainly know how it feels when the turning of our world can be interrupted when a vehicle needs repair. At Ron Halls they’ve spent a half century building the trust of thousands of customers. They truly appreciate what it means when a customer relinquishes one of their most relied upon assets into their care. I’ve recommended many friends and associates to Ron Halls and their experiences has always been the same as mine. It says something when a company has thrived since the Viet-Nam War, seen eight different US presidents in office, endured many economic down turns, the gentrification of Charlotte Ave., and not to mention the Covid-19 epidemic. As you can tell I look up to the Halls and how they run their business. I’ve learned much from Mr. and Mrs. Hall and how they treat their customers and each other. I have worked to apply their example in my own family and business. I can say as a customer and fellow business owner that they have been a positive and constant influence on the ever changing West Nashville. I proudly admit I’ve stopped by a few times for the coffee and conversation myself. And I’ve always left a better person.

I am new to the area and had three of my car lights come on. I found Ron Hall's Service Center on Yelp and can't say enough great things. Pat go me in right away and had my spark plug and engine coil replaced that day. It's great service and great people. I would highly recommend, you will not be disappointment.

I could not recommend these guys enough! I took my car to Terry’s down the street 3 times and it just kept breaking. Terry’s eventually told me to take it to the Jeep dealership where it broke again a few weeks later. Terry fixed it for $500 and it hasn’t had an issue since. I waited a while to make this review. You guys are the best!
