I had an amazing experience with Rods Auto works. My car broke down in the middle of the street, Rods came within minutes to help me to tow my car.. Very experienced pleasant and helpful. I didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you so much for your help and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Will definitely recommend!!!!

I went to Rod to fix my car and I had such a great experience dealing with him. He was very honest about the price and quickly fixed up my car. I wish there were more honest body shops like his!

Tbh I felt so much pressure to leave a positive review. 😢 The owner wouldn’t let me leave before showing him a positive review on my phone, which I’ve obvs deleted to be transparent now that hindsight is 20/20. Notice how many reviews are women. JS. This place has nowhere to park your rental to check on the status of your vehicle and it’s on a very perilous street. It’s really a blind spot. The only way this place has business is because this is an ambulance chasing establishment. The staff is personable, but the reality is that my repair took a whole month and I’m still driving around with various dashboard alerts that I rather take to the dealer for repairs upon this place’s repairs. When I picked up my car, I failed to check the trunk which had several loose screws randomly thrown in there. Please, go elsewhere.

I was in a car accident that broke the wheel off of my car. Rod came to the accident to help me and the other driver. Within 15 - 20 minutes both myself and the other driver were towed to his shop and had our insurance claims filed and I got my car back in 2 weeks with brand new parts. This was the best experience I’ve had at a repair shop and it’s good to have someone reliable in these circumstances.
