Bought a t3s1 19 inch 2500 dollar subwoofer brand new. Sat for 3 months in a climate controlled house for 3 months while building a box when I had time. Finally got the sub out to install and surround was cracked. Contacted Rockford, no warranty and no access to replacement parts but yet they still make and sell the woofer. 2500 dollars down the drain. Rockford was just bought by Patrick industries so expect things to get worse. Rf is a thing of the past. I still got 30 year old woofers with original surrounds from them. They are a joke now. Buy a new kicker solo x instead!!!!!! At least they offer replacement cones and parts! Rockford has now sold out just like the rest of them.

Absolute powerhouse of the audiophile world! Rumor has it that the amplifiers used to go through being hit with a sledgehammer during the Quality Assurance tests. If the frequency fluctuation was not suitable, they were not sent out?! Rockford Fosgate has been, and continues to be, a force to be reckoned with. True RMS readings off of their power amps and speakers that thirst for every drop of wattage available. Pick up some gear and abuse it because they build their equipment with God-like intensity! Great for SQ and SPL! Products range from entry-level to absolute lunacy?! If you want “bang-for-the-buck”, Fosgate is the way to go.

I own a pmx-hd9813. It's approximately 4 years old and obviously beyond its one year warranty. I have just returned from a motorcycle trip in which I was rained on. Upon riding the next day I noticed condensation in the display of the head unit. Either that or the adhesive holding the glass on is failing. I've since noticed that the unit cannot keep time and the Bluetooth has been failing. I don't expect the unit to last forever, but I do believe that with a name of rockford fosgate the unit should last a long time. I had many options when replacing my head unit and went with a trusted name in audio. I was given the contact info for the Canadian distributor. Basically was told today the warranty has expired. Was told that I could contact the business I purchased from and they could sell me a replacement? Why would I pay another 900+ dollars for a product with a shelf life of 4 yrs. Maybe time to explore other brands. Obviously don't stand behind their product

Trying to get a replacement mounting bracket for my $2800 Stage 4 General sound system Subwoofer mount, and even though its an active, current product, they will not provide me a solution to get my sub reinstalled. Please note i'm not asking for warranty, i'm not asking for anything for free. I understand mine is out of warranty, i'm wanting the purchase just the parts i need. Their solution? Buy an entire new sub box and subwoofer for $600 just so i can get 2 brackets and some screws. They have just told me to kick rocks. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
