Rocco’s Blackwood was great to deal with. Our car’s damage, which we lived with for months, was expertly repaired. We couldn’t be more pleased. They exhibited a professional style of customer service at every turn. Natasha, especially, was superb. She knew & explained what was going on with the vehicle. Our car has custom apparatus installed & the repair staff took care to maintain its integrity. We shall not use any other shop in the future. Their customers deserve the best quality & experience, and so Rocco’s (Blackwood & Sewell) can be trusted to deliver that.

My vehicle was stolen outside of my house. Progressive told me that Rocco’s down the street would take care of everything for me. So far, they… Didn’t have the capability to diagnose more than one thing wrong with the car. Forgot to call a tow truck to go get my car. Let it sit for a week. Which means I’m responsible for the rental for a week longer than I should have. They left my vehicle unlocked over the weekend and disconnected the terminal to the battery so I couldn’t pick it up and drive it after they said they fixed everything that was needed Then when I went to pick the car up. The woman at the front desk went to get someone for me to speak to. I left on the phone. As I’m pulling off, I see her in my rearview mirror, throwing her hands up with an attitude. I would suggest picking a different place to bring your vehicle. I feel like I was not prioritized because my damage to my vehicle was not going to bring in thousands and thousands in revenue. What another shop would’ve taken three or four days to diagnose and replace took them over 30days. And then when you go pick the vehicle up. They disconnect the battery and left it unlocked.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Rocco’s Collision after an auto accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Don, the manager, was exceptional throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, addressed all my concerns, and made sure everything went smoothly. Dealing with the insurance company wasn’t easy—they were difficult and uncooperative at times. However, Don and his team were persistent, professional, and advocated on my behalf to ensure I got everything I needed.
