Honestly the most phenomenal shop in Illinois. I’ve been coming to this shop for the past 2 years even though it’s over an hour away because they always know how to take care of me and my car in the best way possible. I’ve been to many other renowned shops in Illinois, but RMZ is the best by far. They always diagnose my car’s issues in the best way possible and resolve them with the best prices I’ve ever seen. Big shout out to the guys at RMZ. Not only do they do fantastic work, but very knowledgeable with existing common issues. Everything gets torqued to spec, bolts and hardware gets replaced with factory parts, they walk me through any concerns. They’re always a call away and will help. I appreciated them going with me to log my car to make sure it’s running great. They sent me pictures and videos of work being done. I’m still under warranty but I rather take my car to these guys and know things will be done right!! Thank you Mario, Rey and the team at RMZ

I've been taking my 2016 BMW 340i to Ray and Mario at RMZ Automotive for a while now, and I must say, their service is consistently top-notch. They are not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. They're always willing to share insights about my vehicle and potential issues that could arise, which is greatly appreciated. No matter what my vehicle needs I trust Ray and Mario along with the rest of their staff to get the job done. At the end of 2022 my stock turbo unfortunately blew and left me with no vehicle. RMZ took my vehicle in right away and they diagnosed the issue immediately. They replaced my turbo along with several other maintenance tasks, and performance mods. My car has been running smoothly ever since with a nice increase in power from what I had before. What stands out most is their transparency and fairness in pricing—both for parts and labor. It's refreshing to see such honesty in the auto repair business especially since I own a BMW. I highly recommend RMZ Automotive to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality repair/performance shop with reasonable prices. They truly go above and beyond!

I recently needed a battery on my BMW x1. After dropping it at a mechanic in St Charles IL they charged me a huge amount for the battery and said I needed an alternator too. Total cost of both 3300$ My Uber driver couldn't believe it. He said call RMZ, they do high performance cars. The quote would have saved me 600 on the battery. . The alternator was 1400 less. They said we will make sure you need one. They call me and said all the read outs say your alternator is fine. I was grateful but aggravated at the other two quotes from mechanics. They said we are honest. I wish I had their name when I had my Mercedes. I will only use them, my family will only use RMZ and I work at a hospital, I will promote them there. Thank you so much!!!

I brought my Kia Stinger to RMZ to install lowering springs, differential brace, and other goodies. They communicate well and every step of the process was inviting and easy. Installation was quick, pricing was good, and quality of work was top notch. Definitely recommend RMZ for any of your auto needs!

Was very pleased with the shop staff very clean automotive. Mario and Ray owners very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. For any automotive needs highly recommend to bring your vehicle of any type. Definitely coming back!
