The transmission of my truck 2015 suburban LTZ started acting weird. I went to the dealership that told me to replace the transmission for $3700 with 18 months or 80K miles warranty. A friend of mine recommended that shop as the owner is a Mechanical Engineer and he fixed the transmission of his Sedan 🚘 I called him, said $1500 to rebuild it in less than 24 hours. I dropped off the truck at 4:00 pm and got it fixed at 9:00 am the 2day with 6 months warranty So far no complaints! ——- —— 6 months & 1 week later After 6 months and 1 week (after the warranty expired by 1 week) the same problem returned again and I went back to Dave. He drove the car and decided that I need to replace the transmission by another rebuilt one he has in the shop and charged me another $1400 —— He used to get cash only but now you will have two options: either (Cash) or (CC with 8.75% sales tax)

I have a repair shop in Nassau county and we sub out all our jobs to Dave. They do real good work and everything is warrantied. cheaper than Nassau county as well. Would recommend him all day

I have been a customer there for years, they have been very professional every time I do business with them. They will take care of your vehicle and if you have a problem while you’re still in the warranty period they going to fix that issue at no charge. Thank you Dave!

Guys please please don’t go to this place because save some money. This place is just scam. Even I don’t want to give 1 star. They never fixed it properly. I have fixed my two cars and both transmission gone within 6 months. I have talked other people and they told me same things. All those five stars are there family member I believe. It’s better to go some professional guy to fixed it.
