My family was forced to leave Los Angeles due to smoke from the deadly wildfires. So we decided to head down to San Diego for the weekend. After a quick stop about 30 miles from our hotel, our car wouldn’t start back up. Was towed by AAA to the nearest town and the driver recommended RMC in Oceanside. He called the owner, Reggie, who agreed to stay open past closing to take my car. Our plan was to head back to LA on Sunday. So Reggie went above and beyond to prioritize our job and get it done by closing on Saturday. He sourced a brand new starter for my BMW and did the install all in one day, getting my car back to me in perfect working order within 24 hours. Reggie is the kindest and best there is. If you go to RMC you will be in good hands. Thank you Reggie!

I left a review on the other RMC page but they’re related entities and I believe both posts are valid. The shop here is highly recommended. Communication is key - methodical and thorough and no unnecessary points of information to upsell you. They get the job done and you back on the road quickly and safely. They were welcoming and informed me throughout my oil change processes for both of my vehicles on things that I needed to maintain and be careful of in order to prevent me or my wife from being stranded. Electrical wires, batteries, things that you would hope a mechanic would help you look out for when you go to them. Reggie and team went above and beyond to do just that. I was willing to give the shop a try being that they’re new and I’m also new to the area, and I’m surely glad I did. Cool owners, clean shop, and prices that will keep you coming back because they’re worth every penny.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I’m new at navigating the automotive world when it comes to maintenance on my car. They made me feel welcome and had no problem answering any of my questions. They were very nice and exceptionally thorough. You can tell within moments of stepping foot in their lobby, these people truly care about their work. I cannot remember the names of the two men I worked with, but I thank you very very much for making me feel comfortable with the entire process and and taking care of me so I can safely drive my daughter in my car.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to RMC automotive for going over and above for me. My transmission went out on me on the freeway, and I ended up having my truck towed to RMC after hours since I really didn’t know what else to do. The next morning my truck was diagnosed and it was determined my transmission was done. After the guys at RMC let me know the situation I decided to buy a new truck but that would take a couple of days to happen. Being that I live 2 or so hours away from the shop at this point it become a logistical nightmare on just trying to figure out how to get back down to Oceanside to retrieve my truck from the shop. Finally after 4 days I was able to get back to Oceanside and pick up my truck. Even I a bad situation it was so refreshing to learn that even though these guys had never even met me, they figured my truck was a work truck with valuables in it, so every night they brought inside to make sure it was safe and secure, so a bad situation for me didn’t become worse. I truly appreciate these guys for this small gesture!

Took my 2003 Hyundai Elantra here for an oil change and ended up needing new belts and cv joints. Got my car back on time and it feels like a new car. I can not believe how good my car feels now. It feels like they tightened every bolt. All work is covered by a 2 year warranty as well. I will be taking my car here in the future.

Excellent shop. The prices are competitive, the staff here are professional, courteous, but also genuine and friendly. You can see the employees seem happy and get along with one another, and that's just a matter of great culture and management. Reggie, the owner is also very knowledgeable and great guy to get along with. You can see how passionate he is about his business and making sure customers are satisfied with the service. I am always very picky about who touches my truck, but after coming here twice with no issues, errors, or any other form of shenanigans, safe to say this will be the new permanent location I bring my truck from now on.

This is the first time I have a big job done on my car. They replaced my entire engine and replace everything that needed replacing or updating everything that needed updating. The job was done in a matter of 3 days which did not affect work or transportation requirments for me, which was amazing. They did an amazing job on everything and truly went out of their way. They treat you like family give you constant updates as to the status of your repairs they are truly amazing. This will be my go to from here forward regarding any major or minor repairs I need. Thank you Victor and associates you guys were awesome.
