RJS Quick Lube and Auto Center

The gentelman taking care of me didn't know how to lube my doors,, basically was incapable of filling my tires appropriately, than when i left i heard/found a screw in my tire. I went back they tried to hoist my car manually and it fell rightback down to the ground. Tried again , it stayed up,, they explaied they removed and plugged for free, i left and had to go else where to HAVE THE SCREW REMOVED AND PLUGGED PROPERLY. DO NOT GO HERE! Also had to file a major complaint with the BBB

I tried this place out in Waterford because I needed an oil change. They did a great job. The 2 mechanics were friendly and didn't push every add on. I had 2 brake lights out and they figured out it that I had a bad fuse. They replaced the fuse for $10 instead of getting whole new light bulbs. It ended being $92 but my car takes premium oil and got a new fuse. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Ladies do not go here! They will do things to your car during an oil change and not tell you until after the fact and then charge you way more than you expected to be charged for a simple oil change! Called and spoke to “J” and he had nothing to say about it but just kept stumbling over his words! Horrible device, never again will I use this establishment

In my 3 visits to RJS, i have experienced excellent customer service each and every time. I was greeted immediately each time by friendly staff. They listened attentively to every issue and several mechanics worked on the car non stop until everything was accomplished. I have been fully satisfied with their work. They are a UNIQUE quick oil and lube shop because they are also an auto repair center and offer a wide variety of Maintenance and repair services that no other shop does. I highly recommend RJS quick lube and auto center. Their services are worth the money. Ask for Jason.

Went in to get my air conditioning filled. No big deal, right? Wrong. Turns out my accumulator (tank) had a huge hole in it, which they didn't see or even bother checking for any sort of leak. Hundred bucks and a day later, I'm out of AC. I bring it back to have it inspected, which is when the leak was discovered, and I'm told that when I bring it in to have it replaced, I'll get a discount on it for the trouble. Awesome! Except, for when I bring it in about a month later, the very same mechanic looks it over and says that he doesn't know how to replace this part of my car, and that I should take it to a dealership. Now, I drive a Crown Vic, which is a super popular and common car. Not knowing how to fix that is unacceptable. No fix, no discount, and essentially got scammed out of the money that I paid for the recharge in the first place. If you care about your car, do not take it here. There are many competent and capable garages only a few minutes from here in every direction.

First time going there today and definitely will be my last! They never checked my tires, my washer fluid, my lights or anything! Only thing this guy did was tell me I need this and I need front brakes for $400.00. All he wanted to do was try to sell my something I did not need! I’m tired of places like this that take advantage of women. Please do not use this oil change place
