Exceptional Service. The team at the Rivian Service Center in Madison Heights is truly exceptional! During my last visit, I noticed a light streak mark on my vehicle that wasn’t even part of my service request. To my surprise, Gordon went above and beyond, taking care of it without hesitation. He did a phenomenal job, and the attention to detail he and the entire crew demonstrated was remarkable. They consistently ensure everything is perfect before you leave, even addressing the smallest concerns. I’m beyond impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this place for their outstanding service! They deserve an 11 out of 10 ☺️ Maps is not allowing multiple reviews, so adding edits------------------ I had an amazing experience at the Rivian Service Center. I was running very low on charge, stressed because I couldn’t charge at work anymore, and couldn’t find a working DC Fast charger nearby. That’s when Elizabeth from the service center came to the rescue. She not only helped me locate a charger but also let me top off at the service center—turning a frustrating situation into a positive one. 100 points to Elizabeth! :) This kind of personal touch is why my next EV will be a Rivian. Their kindness and support truly made all the difference. 5 stars again.

The service department is horrible when it comes to fixing anything! R1T has wind sound rushing by the A pilar windshield, took my car in 3times to fix the same issue, they said they replaced the A Pilar, turns out they never did, they also misaligned my doors! My car is in much worst shape now than before! The service tech flat out said it i can not help you! How do you tell a costumer i cant help you after you damage their car! They are intentionally ripping off Rivian warranty and destroying costumer's cars. I feel sorry for Rivian owners in metro Detroit! I hope someone reads this feedback and takes actions before its to late for Rivians reputation. There isnt that many Ermal's driving a R1T in Metro Detroit, you know exactly how bad i have been treaded by service department. Ripoff!

My family and I went up for a test drive of the R1S. Richard did a great job of answering all of our questions and showing us all of the features. My wife and I both got to test drive the R1S in town. We both loved the One Pedal Drive. Such a great experience.

We visited Rivian service center today morning for test drive. Kelly and Collin were so friendly and helpful. They did a good job explaining in detail about R1S luxury model and get us set up for test drive. They patiently answered all our questions regarding loaner vehicles. Appreciate the customer experience they provided.

I had a great experience test driving and learning about Rivian vehicles at this location. The reception area was stylish and welcoming, and Collin took time to walk me through all the (very cool) features of the vehicle, and gave me some advice on driving since this was my first EV experience. The vehicle itself was exciting to drive… the whole experience was delightful. Thanks Collin, Kelli, and everyone supporting this location!
