Chad is the real frickin deal. He helped me a couple months ago to fix the AC in my wife's car and his honesty, knowledge, and truthfully genuine attitude brought me back recently to get my truck fixed. He was able to diagnose and fix my truck within 4 days (not including the weekend because that is ridiculous to include in a timeline in any service industry) and it was 100% ready to go yesterday. He was honest over the phone and didn't sugarcoat the neglect I had performed on my truck. His communication was always top notch and his flexibility and ability to drop off and pickup after hours are awesome for people who work every day of the week or are just too busy to get in to visit him. If I could I would have given him 10 out of 5 stars but alas 5 will have to do. I will be taking every vehicle I own to him from now on and always suggesting him to friends, family, and coworkers.

Chad was quick to get my vehicle fixed. He responded with a solution almost immediately and got it repaired earlier then expected. It’s nice to know that there’s some honest professional mechanics still around in this town.

I started taking my truck into Riseley Automotive because I had an issue once with the muffler that no one could tell me what it was. I am so grateful that they took the time to put my mind at ease. Chad is a very knowledgeable mechanic & gets repairs done quickly and does a thorough inspection. My car had all sorts of sensors/ warning lights go off suddenly. Chad checked everything & had it back to me the next day! Thank you Chad for getting my car in & repaired so quickly! It is running great now!

Quick availability, clear explanation on the issue and resolved it so fast! I was so thankful for Chad and his crew getting me back on the road in no time. I also learned that Riseley does oil changes making it the one stop shop for my car.
