John is absolutely terrific. I had Ridgeline replace my water pump. He gave me a fair quote and had it done the same day. When I went to pick it up, he told me they replaced my belt as well and then apologized for not confirming the additional cost with me. After looking at the invoice, the additional charge was only half of what the belt cost. Completely honest.. which is hard to find when dealing with alot of auto repair shops. 10 stars. 馃専

I'd give no stars if I could. Took 2 months for them to get my son's truck done. Couldn't go look at the part for it because it was too cold. Told us it'd be done on a certain day and wasn't. Finally told us it was done, went to pick it up the back tire was flat. All the plastics on the dash were not put back on. Told us it was going to be one price and gave us a different price when we got there. Would not recommend them
