if your car is broken down off the side of the highway and you don’t have a service like AAA ur better off calling 911 and they will have someone like mountain service come. They are so unprofessional and lack basic empathy.

This towing company is a complete JOKE. Please don’t call this company if you ever need a tow near Bakersfield/Lebec. And hope that AAA won’t route you to this company. Otherwise, good luck.

You’re better off getting picked up by aliens in a UFO than getting service by Ridge Route Towing, LOL. But seriously though, this company is sucks and they’re jerks. They’re so unprofessional and show no empathy.

Michael saved my family and me from the never showed AAA road side service. Four of us got back safe with our car to the mechanic. It could be a horo story for my four years old boy but end up with the TOW TRUCK saved the day. Thank you!
