I am skeptical about this neighborhood place after this treatment. I call over there a few minutes ago and inquire about a price, they give me a n estimate, I call my people back give them the price, they agree and i call back and get sent to voicemail once, then ring back again and of course their voicemail is filled up. I guess conducting business is this way. I was fully prepared to book time to come in and have the repair done but I don't think they want this business and quick money to change a couple of serpentine belts for a reasonable quote. I guess they are thinking I am playing games or something calling back so quickly, I don't know, I do know that I thought I had a rapport with them talking on the phone and then now I get voicemails, maybe I should call up private just to see if they will answer the phone. I will give them 3 stars for being pleasant on the phone but who knows the insulting things they may have said when not on the phone and that is how i feel about it.

Terrible communication. They don't call about updates. Needs too much money upfront. They don't keep their hours, so don't go by what Google hours say. Bad customer service. Oh yeah....they actually asked the customer where to find a part! Wtf?

Really appreciate the quick turn on diagnosing and replacing my faulty alternator. We were visiting July 4th with friends for a few days, and these guys were open and very helpful.

This place is pure. Evil. The guy took my car. Agreed on.a price then said he needed money. Up front. For a paint job. Then keeper my car for weeks longer. Then he said. Then. Keeped my money. Don’t go here for nothing. Remember. Evil 👿

Rude nasty owner. Only interested in getting your money. Did a hack job on my car. Didnt tighten the screws and when it came apart didn't want to pay for the damages. Drove the car in for a simple replair had to get it towed out and repaired elswhere. BEWARE HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU OFF IN A DEATH TRAP!!!!!
