They take the time to explain the issue and provide honest recommendations without ever pressuring me into unnecessary services. My rating of Ricbon is based on having serviced my cars in multiple repair shops over a decade and I can confidently say that Ricbon is the most no-nonsense, get-the-job-done, fair-price shop I have ever used. The price is extremely competitive and for the turnaround time that I've experienced, I would highly recommend this shop. In fact I do, to anyone that is this neighborhood. They fix only what is needed without trying to sell you needless repairs or exaggerate problems. The bottom line is they get the job done. Never once have I had to bring the car back. They get the job done at a fair price. I rarely write any review of anything but I have to write this review (with a bit of hesitancy because I want to keep it a secret) , but they really are that good.
