Could not be more satisfied. Billy was fantastic to deal with and handled everything expertly, with the insurance company. We got our Charger in, in reasonable time and the work was completed in reasonable time and to our great satisfaction. I hope we never have to see him again (joke) but highly recommend Rhodes Body Shop to anyone who needs body work done.

Beyond excellent experience. So many good things to say. I was able to contact Billy very quickly and easily, as well as get a quick response. Very kind and good hearted! Goes above and beyond what is expected. My car has never looked better and I will be recommending this body shop to everyone.

I am very happy with the service I received from Billy and his team. They did an excellent job on my car and made it look like new again! He went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this shop if you need paint or bodywork done!

Horrible shop. I specifically chose this shop because of reviews and the fact that I talked to Billy about the concern of poor body work on an otherwise flawless vehicle. Billy assured me my car would look like new and there would be zero issues. (he made sure to tell me how great he was, how his brother had split off from the business, and how Billy had to repair all his Brother's poor work). When I went to pick my car up, I could see all the swirls/defects in my hood before I even got out of my rental. After refusing delivery twice, I finally just took my car back and brought it somewhere else the 3rd time. They put back in fender liners with screws torn out, left off emblems, the paint was full of swirls and defects. They also painted my bumper, gouged it during install, and just touched it up instead of porperly fixing it. Absolute bunch of hacks. They shouldn't be allowed to paint bicycles, let alone repair 40K+ vehicles. When I complained and said I did not think Billy and his crew were up to the task, he said "send me a bill". I brought my car to another shop, and they "post repair inspection" and discovered all the things I found and more. I sent Billy an email with all the information and never received any reply. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. The pictures I attached show the swirls, broken fender liner, and touched up front bumper. The car was also COVERED in primer overspray. I have resorted to fixing most of this myself (you can see in the picture of the roof where I have clayed one corner to remove the overspray. I would have been better off buying a prepainted fender and installing it myself. I REPEAT - DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP!!!! ABSOLUTE BUNCH OF HACKS!!!

Worth the wait. Rhodes stays busy, and for good reason. I opted to wait a bit to have Rhodes fix my bumper as opposed to go elsewhere. They had the bumper fixed and painted in about a day. They even washed the car for me afterwards. 10/10. Cannot recommend them enough.
