I have been coming here on and off for 10 years and I can say this is my last time coming here. I brought my car in to the shop in June for a fender bender . I got the car back in July. Nothing wrong with the timeframe in which I got my car back but lots to complain about the poor quality of work. First, there was a huge panel gap still remaining on my car. Secondly they never fixed my parking sensor. I’ve called many times to get this repaired after the fact and every time I call I am told to call back another day or to come another day. Why do I have to keep calling back? People dont have that kind of luxury especially if you had the car for a month. I eventually stopped calling because who wants to keep doing that for something that should have been done already. Even till this day, I am reminded of the poor quality of work. For example, I see one of my door trims has paint on it!! This should have been covered when they were doing the paint job. Overall a very unacceptable experience. Very disappointed considering I’ve brought multiple cars to this shop. Will not be coming back

Miguel & his team are amazing group of people. From start to finish Miguel kept me in the loop. When I went for an estimate Miguel showed me around the shop made which made me feel very comfortable. And after the work was done I was very impressed with the result. Color match was on point. Highly recommend Rhinelander Auto body to anyone looking for a reliable place to do any body work. Prices were very reasonable too.

Outstanding Service!! A decision you would not regret. Miguel and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel good about the service you are paying for. Very reasonable pricing, fast and excellent work. See for yourself. Would definitely be coming back for any work I need done to my car.

I brought my car into Rhinelander auto after it was involved in a hit and run. A friend of recommended Rhinelander. I contacted spoke to miguel. The service was great. My is back as new.
