They shipped my 85 year old dad the wrong motor. They stated they could not mail him the $858 directly but would recredit it to his credit card once I wire the $248 for the shipping. In addition they would be deducting a restocking fee. That was 15 months and about 50 phone calls ago. They stopped returning my calls and now it appears their number have been disconnected. If anyone finds out their new name (which they will pop up again) please email me. This is the most unethical company I have ever tried to do business with. I hate to even give them 1 star.

We ordered a part from relay Auto parts in California off of Fremont Street. We never received the part. They took our money. And refused to give us our money back. They said that it would be on our credit card in 2 days, it wasn't. Then they stopped answering our phone calls which then we had to call the credit card company and the credit card company pretty much did the same thing told us to be here on the 19th of October and then sent us a letter after we called and said that we have to have a written dispute within 10 days of the notification. News to us since we actually talked with them and they said it was handled. We will never trust that company and hope none of you do again!

If I could do zero stars I would. I purchased a bad transmission from them. Not only did they not give my money back but they required me to spend an additional $500 for proof of diagnosis not to mention the $2000 I spent to have it installed in the first place. Then to find out I have to pay again to have the transmission prepped for the return of the transmission. So in all I spent $2380.00 for the transmission $2500.00 for mechanical. I had to give AWAY the car to the mechanic. So I literally have nothing they have their 2380.00 and their fantastic “morals” to sleep with at night. Shame on them! They’ll brow beat you until you give up and let them keep the $2380. 00 you gave them in good faith. They are not a reputable company and I would avoid them like the plague. Signed a broke and car-less person. Thank you Rely Auto Parts!
