Relentless Recovery Columbus

I have never had this happen to me before. I don't blame Relentless Recovery because they have a job to do. I blame who I was making my payments too they are called CPS for short but their full name is consumer profile services . Because we did what they asked but they still came and got the car. I have to say this place is amazing. They are very nice and caring and explained everything to me. They even had everything out of the car and ready for me. They even take pictures just to be safe and I understand that . I didn't realize how much I still had left in my car. Both my kids have autism and my younger son left his toy I had no idea it was in there he got for Christmas it was even in our bag. To be honest I hope and pray we don't have to see one another again. But if I had to I would love them. I give them 5 starts because of how friendly and nice they are and how kind they where and they took very good care of our things as well it was great. Surprisingly I am saying this was a great car repo and I never thought I'd say that but this place was really amazing I believe they deserve more stars than what people are giving them. If you go in nice and respectful you're going to get the same thing in return just understand they have a job to do as well and they have to do their jobs.

My mom just passed away this morning. After collecting myself, I went to pick up my car. There is wired exposed like my speaker was removed and put back while I was waiting on the property for my car. My car charger is missing. This is insanity. This place needs to be shut down now. I will be doing everything I can to file charges. Why does my finance company partner with thieves, especially after all of the reviews exposing theft and rat like behavior?

I got repoed for a couple days. When they came to get the car...I heard them & politely offered the key, as to prevent damage to the vehicle & prevent a seen at my home. The agent told me "I can't take the key, it's not that simple." I asked about putting the car in neutral so they won't drag it. "NO NO! Don't do that" he says. These guys were respectful in tone of voice, but I don't even want to see what's left in the car when I get it back.

If I could negative stars I WOULD. These people stole my license plate off my car and won’t tell me what they did with them. They tried blaming manhiem. The auction company that my car got transferred too. There’s picture proof of my car on the tow truck when it arrived WITH NO PLATES ON THE CAR. They also broke several things in my car. Nobody is taking blame and they won’t replace my plates. After I just spent 2500$ on getting my Car back. So disappointed and I’ve heard nothing but bad things about this towing place! They left so many of my personal items in the car that they wouldn’t give me because, “they gave me everything”. When they definitely didn’t. Including my license plate. They never told me they “couldn’t get it off”. When they did in fact get it off and sent it to the auction place with no plates.

I gotta say, now that they are under new ownership, this place isn't pretty awesome. I was having an extremely bad day, and when I'm went there , just talking to them helped me feel much better about where my car was. I honestly can't say enough about there customer service. Seriously! These are the kind of people that should be in this business. I never thought I would be able to give them 5 stars.... But, they definitely deserve it!
