Worst service. Had our vehicle for a month. Didn’t get a courtesy call letting us know it wasn’t done after they would say it would be done a certain day. When we did call the customer service was awful and rude. The tech kept “missing parts” so each time they would say it’ll be done this day we would call and shocking another part just happened to be missing. Glad to be done with them and would NEVER recommend getting your vehicle fixed at this location.

This is the best Ford customer service experience I have ever received. I went in for a recall, knowing that my door needed Fixed in a recall. Due to prior experiences with another Ford it wasn’t going to happen and I explained everything I went through and these ladies went above and beyond and over the moon for me to make sure I got my door got fixed properly and in a timely manner with no cost to me at all. The body shop itself work was impeccable. I cannot with my own words tell you how satisfied I am with everything from them. I will only come back to them whenever I have a problem with my car. These people are truly angels.
