Called this morning, to have engine checked because of a sensor light. I have been instructed to return it to the dealership ASAP. So, the person answering the phone stated that it will be 3 weeks before it can be checked and also told me that the manager was not in. I called right back, and a receptionist told me that he was in, however he did not answer. Everything has been a fiasco from buying this new car until now. Waiting on return call.........It is now 5 days later, no manager has called me back!

Great service. Quickly changed the oil in my 2016 Corvette Z06. It's an expensive oil change and the highest I have paid since owning the vehicle 5 years. I will start doing my own oil changes, and filter changes. I will only go to the dealer for maintenance services.

Service advisor Ericka, rude, lacks customer service skills. I was told my tire would be covered once I added the road hazard that WAS NOT offered to me at signing so I purchased and then still had to pay out of pocket.

Took almost 10 days for the initial repair, nearly 3 days to get in from the scheduled day. Getting updated was tougher this time than any previous repair. After 2.5 weeks, brought it home and a light is on again. At this point, I'm unsure if GM quality is this poor now or if the repair techs aren't the best. I've owned 6 different GM vehicles in my lifetime and this one has had most of it's repairs with this dealership and seems to have continued to have severe issues.
