My husband called on April 2, 2025, at 8:56 PM, clearly stating that he needed emergency assistance because the car’s belt was ripping off. The person who answered assured him to come in, so we drove 2.5 miles to the location. However, upon arrival, the same person informed us that no mechanic was available. He was speaking in Spanish and laughing when we expressed our disappointment, which we found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful given the urgency of the situation. This lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. I regret not getting his name, but based on this experience, I strongly advise others to seek a more reliable and professional service elsewhere. UPDATE: After this experience, we decided to park the car at an auto repair shop we were familiar with. This morning, we took it to a mechanic who informed us that we were extremely fortunate—the issue could have caused severe engine damage and even brake failure, posing a serious risk of an accident. This further highlights the irresponsibility and negligence of Red Line Auto & Tire. The person who answered our call failed to recognize the urgency of the situation and simply expected us to leave the car, despite our clear request for immediate assistance. Went in today based on the tow truck drivers recommendation. They were friendly, fast and inexpensive. After being stuck on the shoulder of the expressway for 2 hours it was a very pleasant surprise.

$85 for a used tire, $85. Someone is robbing these customers. Either the business or their employees. I had to no other choice but to pay for it, but I won’t be going back. I also won’t be recommending anyone. And I really hope that before anyone else goes, they make sure to read the reviews so they can shop around.
