They did a wonderful job today getting me in and out of there quickly. It's also a very well taken care of and clean shop, which is awesome. It would have been nice for it to be a little more lively, maybe music or a few plants to brighten it up.

I come to get breaks done on my truck. They do a good job. No complaints here. They are down to earth people, easy to talk to. I like quality not quantity and I understand that things happen and people need days off due to personal reasons and I respect this place for having not only the customers interest at hand, but also chew their employees. Keep up the great job will be back. Clean place inside and out. Plenty of room to park.

I go here to get my rims balanced, but not put on waiting for wheel adapters. Everything look good until I get home and start messing around the rims, taking them out of the trunk and then I looked. The weights are physically coming off one of the rims. So as I check 7 weights have come off and I don’t know if others have come off too. So I take all 4 back to the shop and make sure he rebalance all four rims again. The manager try’s and tell me that’s not his fault, well stacking weights were foreign material was left by other weights, you’re getting paid to do a job so how about grabbing a rag or a plastic scraper and scrub some of that form material off, where you’re fixing to put new weights at no-brainer. Also, when I get there to the shop, he’s got the rims stack. Were they rubbing on the face of the rim scratching it and then he tries to tell me no, no I didn’t stack it like that, but it’s scratched all to hell and back. That just shows me maybe he’s being biased towards me as a customer also being lazy and not caring about doing good work and taking pride in your work.. that’s where the one star comes in do better for 90 dollar double worked wheel balance.

Zach was amazing in reassuring me that my truck was safe in his hands after a string of horror experiences dealing with Mavis Tire. He went above and beyond to show me what care he took with my truck and even called 2 days later to see how the truck was driving. I would HIGHLY recommend any work he does!
