We were very pleased with Chip. He ordered and replaced our rear axle on our Nissan Titan in the same day. He was very kind and professional. We we very impressed with the quality and appreciated him getting our truck done so quick as he knew we really needed the truck back ASAP. My husband and I share a vehicle and this meant a lot to us! Chip, owner/ operator of Ray Automotive, came highly recommended by my landlady ( who left a positive review as well) back in June when I first moved here & needed help with my 2005 Honda Accord .So naturally I turned to him again this week for another job. He is fair, respectful & a good communicator on what repairs need to be done & totally worth the 35min drive to stick with a trusted mechanic

Chip has fixed my trucks my wife's car my mothers truck my friends truck and my nephews truck. He's honest and does great work in a timely manner. I've used a lot of different mechanics throughout the years me and mine have found a home with chip ray. I never buy or sell a vehicle that chip doesn't inspect. I'm 100% satisfied with his work. In all my business dealings it's been great to find someone that reliable.

Very happy with my first visit to Ray Automotive Services. Bought my own parts from AutoZone and Chip charged me a very fair price for labor. Brought my car in at 9:30 and by 11:15, it was ready, hours earlier than promised. Very pleased and will definitely return again!
