Everything written is my opinion and experience. WORST AUTO BODY WORK I EVER HAD DONE! The parts he put on my car do not fit correctly. The molding looks like he put it on with double-sided tape or super glue. Within a week, the molding was coming off. The pic doesn't fully show how the paint color is not the same. On the side that was damaged, everything's slightly off. Now, let's talk about communication. I asked about a check engine light I got due to the accident and he said it wasn't due to the accident it was manufacture problem, I told him no; then he fixed it but never informed me on what was the problem, until I came to pick up the car. Next, he had the car for about 28 days and never updated me on what was being done to my car. And every time I asked, he said I don't know, but I'm going to check. The day I got the call to pick up my car, they said your car is ready. To my surprise the car was not ready. The molding appeared to be held on by some type of glue or tape, I asked what is that. He stated I'm going to be honest it's an off the market part. Your part is on back order. I'm not mad that the part is on back order, I'm mad that I had to bring it to his attention. That information should have been told to me when they called me to tell me that the car is ready or when I showed up to get the car or when we walked down the block to get the car or really at time prior to me mentioning it. My license plate wasn't on my car when i picked it up. Yes, he did fix the molding eventualy, but never fixed any of the other panels that are not aligned.
