Writing this review so others are warned. I don’t know if it’s because I am a woman, or what. My car has been in the shop for 2 weeks now ‘ just waiting on a part’. Which ok. Fine. I get. And the people have been nice. My problem is this: It was advertised and said when I was buying the car that either a loaner would be provided or a rental car will be covered during repairs. They don’t tell you the rental car only covers for a week, and they NEVER have any loaner cars. I’ve asked countless of times to be put on a waitlist only to be brushed off. I am losing income by not being able to make it into work. So when you bring your car in MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A PLAN FOR A CAR AT LEAST 3+ WEEKS. Everything else: they are great.

My wife and I bought a 2014 ford explore with about 110,000 miles on it from the Ortonville location. less than 24 hrs later (when we were on our way up north) the serpentine belt broke and sliced the a.c. line. We contacted the sales man and they fixed it for us at no charge. Then about 5 months later both turbos went out and the engine started to run very rough so we took it to the closest dealership ( LaFontaine in Birch Run) and found out the engine would need replaced as well as both turbos, a catalytic converter, both front control arms, and both front tires ($13,000 the quote LaFontaine gave me at the time). So if randy wise does such a great inspection on all of their used vehicles how did they miss all the things wrong with our explore? We didnt even get 6 months out of it before the engine went bad. How can you charge someone $16,000 for a vehicle that doesn't last 6 months? I will never be back to any randy wise dealership as long as I live. I'm also going be sharing my experience with everyone I know. I'm so disappointed I could have bought a much better vehicle off the side of the road for cheaper.

It's been 2 months and my car was supposed to be able to be picked up Friday, they said they got busy it'll be Monday. I go to get it, they have done nothing to the car, and now my alternator does not work and needs to be fixed too. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!
