Rancho Auto Care is staffed with knowledgeable professionals who took time to listen to my concerns and assured me that they would service my car 1st thing the next day . Upon inspection of my vehicle , I realized that I was far overdue for a couple of big maintenance issues along with some minor replacement of parts . The price to complete everything was more than I could afford at once, so Brett advised me on the most important of issues and told me that it was ok to come back to complete the remainder. It was proof to me that he advised for the good of my vehicle. And I will gladly return so that everything is taken care of! And I won’t forget to stop in from time to time to have my oil checked! I appreciate that courtesy very much! 5 stars and two thumbs up for outstanding Customer Service!

I have been taking my vehicles to Rancho Autocare for years. Recently called Rancho Autocare and they were able to squeeze me into an already busy day. I really like the diagnostic text they send to see how things stand rather than cold calling with an issue if there is one. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I took our truck into Rancho Autocare for a check engine light. Sean helped us and explained the issue to us. He was very helpful and had great customer service skills. A breath of fresh air in today’s lack of customer service. The repair was done promptly and at a fair price. We are very pleased and recommend anyone needing repair or service to their vehicles at Rancho Autocare.

We highly recommend Rancho Auto Care and have been taking our vehicles here for a couple years now. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and trustworthy. We never feel like we have to second guess them and always feel like we’re getting a square deal. They are definitely our “go to” guys now!!!

They are a great repair shop. I've had two pretty major services done with them and both went flawlessly. Their pricing is reasonable and they are honest which is important to me. Great job guys.
