John and team are good, honest people. There was a loud rattle coming from underneath my Mustang and I was concerned it was something big. Took my car in at 2pm on Monday, John put it on the lift and within minutes put my mind at ease it was a missing bolt. He replaced it and didn’t charge me a penny. Made my day. I won’t go or refer anyone to any other place but Ranch Muffler.

John at Ranch Muffler was awesome! My wife and I brought in her F150 that was well overdue for a new exhaust, her old one was rattling and had a hole in it. We didn’t know an exact brand but, we very vaguely described to John what kind of sound we were looking for and he instantly knew the perfect exhaust for the truck. Great customer service here, good prices, quick turnaround, and quality work. Couldn’t be happier with the new exhaust!

I had purchased a 2013 Toyota Tundra and wanted to add and replace a couple of accessories. Ranch Muffler was recommended to me so I contacted John Ortiz ( Owner) and Chris who couldn’t be more accommodating. The parts were ordered and ready to install. Followed up to confirmed my appointment and they took my vehicle in immediately and performed the install. Very pleased with the work that they did. Definitely, my go to place.

These guys have straight piped rear mufflers on my Redeye and jeep 392. Good prices and good welds. They know their stuff. Ive had some rattling at my front exhaust (not related to the rear work they did) and the sound was driving me crazy. Stopped in today, they threw it on the lift, found the issue and fixed it all within 15 minutes. That’s the mom and pop service you just don’t see anymore. Appreciate you guys and will be back for a 392 Jeep build!

John at Ranch Muffler was amazing. I had running boards that I needed to have installed on my Toyota Grand Highlander, but the aftermarket parts I purchased were missing some brackets and were not a perfect fit. John offered to reach out to the company (since they had an account with them) to help me retrieve the missing brackets. Even after the missing brackets arrived, I was told their team still had to custom-make a few pieces to make it work for my vehicle. It took a few visits and some patience, but they certainly followed through. They have the old-school customer service mentality that is rare to find these days and I really appreciated that. They followed through with everything as they said they would and did not nickel-and-dime me. I am extremely grateful and they have a new loyal customer! My kids and I are so happy to be able to get in and out of our vehicle easily now and the installation looks great!
