The guy was cool but my dad's transmission exploded on August 11th and he finally finished it on sep 14. It was in the shop for a month! And also the car is still tweaking even after he fixed it

Decent repair shop, but nothing stellar. Went in for a transmission replacement for my honda civic when it burned out. I had to replace a radiator too, since it attributed to the failure. They got my car running again, but it took about a week over the Christmas holiday and the shop crew fell ill prolonging the delay for repairs further. The mechanic communicated the issues and method of repair, but seems to work at his own pace and terms. He did give me a ride home, so that was considerate. I found an oil funnel wedged in front of the radiator after they were finished. I took my car to a second mechanic at SCS Auto near Perris to evaluate the repair. The transmission had been overfilled and the radiator reserve wasn't cleaned out. I'm thankful for my car to be on the road again, but I have my reservations of entrusting further maintence at Ramon's if the job wasn't done professionally.

Ramon took excellent care of my truck. Fair price and excellent customer service. He made sure I had a ride home until my truck was fixed. I am very happy with how my truck was repaired. I would highly recommend his service.

I couldn't give it a zero rating otherwise I would. the technicians he has working are greenhorns in training at best. Unfortunately he only knows how to work on Transmissions and he's trying to get kids to teach kids how to diagnose and repair vehicles. But he doesn't pay them on time if at all for there labor. You get what you pay for!!

Worst service I've ever had, IF i had any service done. Kept getting the run-a-round about when they would start on my truck. It was always "Give me two weeks" well "two weeks " turned into about 3 years. Do not recommend this place to anyone even if you're stranded infront of their shop.
