Not impressed took my daughters hyundai there for a clicking in the steering column they told me they cannot fix it that I'd have to take it to the dealer.. I ordered the column bushing off of amazon for $5 and replaced it myself. Fast forward 6 or so months i took her optima there for a rumble in the right side I told them I think it's the right front wheel bearing they called and said they don't know if it's the front or rear that I should let it get worse then bring it back so they can figure out which one it is. Or if it doesn't go away to bring it back.

The woman at the front desk is extremely rude. She always sounds inconvenienced to schedule work and acts like it ruins her week. Typical mansfieldian service. If the woman did not have such a poor attitude every time I spoke with her it would have been convenient because it is closest to me, but I don't have time to deal with Attitude on top of it. My parents came here before us & now we have come here for 30 years. The Ramey's are honest people & will treat you right. You wont get ripped off & they wont fix what's not broke. It's the only place in town we take our vechiles.

They got me in and fixed my truck pretty quick. I like them and I trust them. Prices seemed pretty reasonable.

I wil ever take any of my cars there .i was out of 8 hundred dollars on one of my cars today it’s still not running right.the owner wife called her and told her that. My car is not running keep cutting off .its not fix for the money I paid yall she was talking about charging me again big rip off . My truck he .charged me 18 Hundred to put a water and timing chain in now it’s making all kinds of noise bad services .for your money ever again smh
